thanks house.she tried sucking on ice cubes this morning and it worked out fine....then she went about putting it in her juice.I think she will gradually get there,its our first time and she is nine weeks gone.

You can go to 'little me world' in lagos.they ve quality stuffs with fixed price and I can assure u that you won't be cheated (if not cheaper sef). They have most things but for things that they don't ve,you can check around (behind).NEVER make a mistake of settling down in one shop.once again,NEVER!forget their 'nice' character

Happymama sitz bath water should never be hot!!! Lukewarm or just plain water! Hot water will desolve the thread before the wound is properly healed which may lead to re stitching and you dont want that
