Losing your identity is akin to losing yourself bro...Would Fulani allow such bias or bastardization of their identity

OP, You were meant to reply TonyeBarcanista but you went all had on Ikwerre. Easy bro! The Ikwerres are not your enemies. The abandoned property statement is a bit flawed. They're all exaggerated.
Ikwerreland won't be this 'Igbonized' if the story was true in its entirety. We're still brothers! Circumstances may have placed us in different geopolitical zones with our brothers in the South East but as they say BLOOD IS STICKER THAN WATER! This is why people from other ethnicities cant stop referring to an Ikwerreman as Igbo even if he denies it vehemently.

Btw someone broke down the list of the protesters by their ethnicity and I find it very interesting going by what some people try to make us believe on nl: that Biafra is an Igbo thing

Benson Sunday - Ibibio

Emmanuel Ali - Ikwerre

Ukeme Monday - Ekpeye

Chibuzor Eechina -Igbo

Charles Eze - Etche

Egbo Okechukwu - Igbo

Chibona Ifion - Eleme

John Douglas - Kalabari

Ezenwa Alphonus - Etche

Wori Endurance - Ikwerre

Chinomere Nwolu - Ikwerre

Henry Eze - Etche

Friday Uzunwa - Igbo

Igbodo Abio - Etche

Akaniyene Uwem - Ibibio

Eni Iboro - Ibibio

Obinna Stephen -Igbo

Monday Ocha - Ikwerre

Obinna Ibekwe - Igbo

Kingsley Ezengorie - Igbo (Rivers)

How then would the protest be viewed as Igbo protest?

Nwunyem kedu? Interesting detail. I do hope the world is noticing this

Igbos are the highest set of hypocrites on planet earth. They want to claim PH by fire by force but forgetting the fact that the asaba and agbor they are claiming was part of western region before the creation of midwestern state. The Yorubas allowed peace to reign even though most of those who masterminded the creation of midwestern state were the Igbos.
The Yorubas have never wanted to claim back what is today Edo and Delta state even though this two states are richly endowed with crude-oil. Cant the Igbos take a cue from the Yorubas and let the people of South-South be, especially PH in Rivers state.
This people(South-South people) have come to realise that you people are not reliable. All you(igbos) are doing now is trying to trick the South-South people into going with you, knowing that they will be worst for it in the long run. This is evident in the fact that if you can play your ethnic politics against Adaka-Boro in a university setting, who says you wont do worst in open politics when you are sure of more population.
Please, let the people of South-South be, fight your fight yourselves.
A Fool at your age is a fool forever can you show me the map of Nigeria before 1960 it will help you alot stop distracting your brain

The guy that believed that ojukwu should have sent a love letter to gowon in lagos instead of invading lagos after gowon's vandal bombed women and children Biafraland?

yesterday when he asked me 'what was ojukwu doing at ore', his I.Q(which i previously rated high) crumbled before my eyes.
I laughed so hard i forgot to remind him that lagos was the seat of power and the vandals bombing Biafraland received orders from there and that you can't get to lagos on road without going through ore. grin

these thread is not necessary. Me myself am facing Thesame challenge as am from the Igbo speaking part of Delta state but I don't see myself as Igbo. The Nigerian constitution recognises me as a Nigerian first before a south South. We all are Nigerians first. all these hulla bulla , igbo , ijaw or Biafra are all just rubbish. How I wish baba Buhari can bring back his 2011 part of his manefesto which he said he would scrap out state of origin in other to detribalise Nigeria.

Mumu, you're seceding yet you invaded a stronger enemy that has more resources , more equipped and also provoking the yorubas by touching their dignity by invading their territory thereby inviting them fully to take sides with your primary enemy , spreading your military strength too thin , no rekitting , no ample supply of military hardware and fighting men.And you think you've made a fine military decision? - That decision is simply suicidal and short sighted.

When you secede , you simply create a corridor , pin your enemy down far away from home where you can easily replenish your troop and resupply while pounding his position over and over until he is completely overwhelmed. That's is secession.

Educative one bro.

At least people like myself who haven't been there now know better.

As for Barcanista, he spoke as a Nigerian politician and his views are understandable.

Oga keep quiet and ruminate on your odious verbose. So it is no longer about "Oh...Ojukwu wanted to annex our land o"? you've changed the narrative to "how poor Ojukwu's millitary tactics was"?
Anyway, it is a sign that i am knocking some real sense into that carton you call your head.

-There was nothing wrong with the lagos invasion through ore. yorubas already declared themselves enemies of Biafra by allowing their hausa fulani masters to use their land as a launchpad for attacks against Biafra.

-The only problem with the invasion was that he chose a yorubaman to invade yorubaland and kick out the hausas, because he didn't want the yorubas to see it as an act of aggresion, since their brother was in charge and was not wearing Biafran insignia on his uniform,( he was wearing the flag of the midwest)

Banjo being yoruba, radioed lagos and contacted Awo of their coming, effectively killing off the invasion. An Achuzia would have been in lagos before gowon could touch his gun. Go figure!

Buhari's affiliation is Islam first, Fulani second, Hausa third, North fourth, Nigeria fifth.

You can carry one nigeria on your head like a turban. It does not change the fact that you are Igbo or yoruba before Nigeria. Nigeria is only 55 yrs old, my 90 year grand mother can't be Nigerian first, she saw it grow into the monster it is today, my prayer is that she also sees it capitulate in her lifetime, which is very likely.

Not at all , if there is anyone who needs a history lesson after 40 yrs of having a bitter one , you're the one .

My submission is simple which is the source of your anger - We want Biafra just like you do but we must go about it in an orderly manner and no region or ethnic group should be forced or coerced into it by rewriting their history or trying to change their identity and this is where I stand.
Any other way apart from that, would be resisted with everything.

Do you have any evidence that Biafran are forcing to become Biafrans. Didn't Biafrans say they want a transparent referendum? Did they have water in their mouths when they made that inference? Gawd! Guy, just carry 90% fulani engineered brain and leave my face.
