Cost of living depends on your PPA. There's constant power supply in except few places with interior power issues. As for he beach, there's akwuke beach, ogbunike cave and others. But for flexing and co, there's plenty in Enugu. Shoprite, Oakland park, Xtasee, Chin cherry, Dolphins, Barcelous, Golden toast, Crunches and many other exciting places too numerous to be mentioned.

i am a he, i saw nursing mothers leave camp immediately after registration especially the once in my platoon. You said you have a toddler, i believe you still fall into the range. I thought NYSC barred conditions like this from camp.
