Waoo...I never knew you had such an informative website showcasing your ingenuity in this line of business. I must commend you immensely.
For investors who do not have the strength or time to embark on a full time farming experience and wants to invest in your farm:
1. How much is the minimum to be invested?
2. What would be his/her rate of returns?
3. What are your terms and conditions?

Thanks.

See my just harvested banana.

I need to do this in commercial quantity.

People in SW are blest with cheap farming land. Its a different story in the South East.

Why are the banana small?

Weighs 35kg...

You can only lift with 2 hands but cannot walk a distance. Its wheel barrow that carries this bunch.

This is what I have been looking for. Please I am interested. I want you to be my mentor. I am based in Lagos. How much will I lease an acre of land for one year, how much will you charge to manage it for me, including all the cost to be incurred up to harvesting? What is the profit I will make on such one acre? How many months will it take from planting to harvesting and selling the plantain? Where will the land be based? Will you assist to sell the plantain after harvesting and how long will it take to sell everything? Thanks for the good work you are doing. Please send the details to mogajiadebayo @yahoo.com

Pruning is an important part of maintenance for growing plantains, providing larger fruit yields and regulating vegetative growth.

Re: Hidden Truths About Plantain Farming Business by Lesgupnigeria(m): 6:26pm On Oct 25, 2015
At harvest time, you can pack up the remaining stalk and leaves of the plantain tree and turn them into mulch for the base of your plantain tree. However, never grind or use diseased stalks or leaves for mulching purposes to reduce weeding and improve the soil moisture and fertility
