Nw, wat should he use.

If he did that on purpose,he should be prepared for whatever consequence that might surface...However if it was a mistake i still feel he was careless....

However, if he wishes to choose ondo state now, there would be discrepancy in facts and his documents, except if there is a way he can change the state of origin written in his jamb result (or if may be an affidavit can work, which i dont really know)

Or he goes on living a lie by getting and using a kwara state citizenship which i think is possible, since he wouldn't be the first to do that...
