bros hw is d posting done dere, is it only school that we are posted to schools only and hw is d what's d cost if some 1 want to rent a house dere?

Not only schools. you can also be posted to ministries and other firms around the state but it's mostly teaching but the best place to be would be in Uyo, Eket or ikot ekpene but it may cost you to effect the posting and the house rent varies self com 70-120 depending on the area and for single rooms with public bathrooms maybe 3000 per month.

Not really. there is only one oil company in this state(mobile) and it's at ibino in Eket but some years back precisely 4yrs back some corp members forged posting there and since then no more posting except on special invitation from the office but other good place are there.

Corper wee.

Just like emperor said the present camp director is a strict woman but like they say if you influenced your posting to akwa ibom state and you would love to stay around the state capital or other areas close to Uyo. it's difficult now to influence but it's not all ruled out that it can't be done.

and also if you are posted to a place you don't like don't be in a hurry to accept it get to federal secretariat and it maybe change if you know the right person.

but remember your platoon officer or most of those army officers may not be able to help.

And remember to come with some money and no need for passport because you are still going to snap with your Nysc vest in camp before filling the book of life.

And disregard all those statements that Uyo is expensive except you are coming from a village where life is almost zero because you can get a cheap single room of 2500.-3000k per month or self com of 80-100k per year.
