For any attempt to be considered a goal, every part of the ball must cross the goal line and based on numerous replays and 3D displays, the ball was millimeters away from crossing the line...again the arm band would have alerted the referee consequently in the instance the ball crossed the line totally.

The goal line technology was correct.
