Nairaaland is gradually turning TribalLand. I just hope wen relevant authorities find out abt d hate being brewed here daily, dis site won't go into extinction! If not for irresponsibility of d likes of DSS, SS n co, such a forum meant to bring d people of d endangered entity called Nigeria togeda and it's now creating more hate than ever, ought to have been checked. Youth in other countries find means to better their society daily, Nigerian youths seek oda tribes downfall. What a shame! Jobless, shameless, visionless, valueless, senseless, brainless, hopeless, ballless youths! 4 Likes 1 Share |

It is now time for southern Nigeria to seek rapprochement, we need to come together now and forget the unfortunate incidence of the recent past when Igbo political naiveté caused Yoruba youths to vote for Fulani against the advice of Yoruba elders who warned and cautioned against this in the light of history. The mistake has been made, and it will cost the two brothers, Igbo and Yoruba, very dearly if we now do not seek mutual forgiveness of each other and begin to forge a base for the confrontation of a capable enemy. The Fulani have Islam as their very strong weapon, and with this weapon, they always create a very strong rally, unfortunately, southerners do not have any rallying point to serve as the critical base for mutual action, there are no common belief systems, no commonly shared political or socio-cultural platforms, so that there is always a cacophony of ideas that creates a disjointed and disunited front. I do think we have a common front now, THE NEED TO AVOID SLAVERY IN OUR OWN LAND by both Yorubas and Igbos can be our common rally to throw away the yoke of the Fulanis. Let no one be mistaken about this, only a common southern front can defeat the Fulani agenda, they are happy to see us disjointed and disunited, because as masters of subterfuge, it suits their purposes very well; play one against the other, until they are all come under the yoke, fully subjugated and finally enslaved. I call on the Ohaneze Ndigbo, the Afenifere, and all the other socio-cultural groups in Southern Nigeria and also the socio-cultural groups that represent the oppressed people of the North and Middle belt, to begin extensive consultations among themselves, we need ourselves at this point in time. A stitch in time saves nine, now is the time for the consultations to begin. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Yorubas are their own worst enemy, I carefully read through the comments & I could hardly see a single comment from a yoruba person supporting the afenifere rhetorics or even seriously condemning kwankwaso or the fulani terrorists! All I could see were tongue in cheek statements & vitrioles against Igbos! The Igbo position is already noted, we want a dissolution of Nigeria, the masses are in the forefront of these struggle while some Igbo elite are covertly in support. Those that are afraid of war have no reason to fear because there wont be a second civil war, Nigeria would be dissolved peacefully through plebiscite since their is no basis for nationhood! |
