WIKE for just 21days. then he will seize to be the governor except if he appeals and his election was upheld by Appeal court.

The game was to nullify the location of the tribunal that sat in Abuja instead of PH. Has it been that he was favored in his prayer at the supreme court. The whole election tribunal will begin all over again.

If he appeals and the judgement favors him, then he will be governor for next 4yrs.

I'm not a lawyer, this is what i understand by the whole election tribunal case.

I actually attend most of the tribunal proceedings in APO and know for sure the fear in the PDP legal team that was why they chose to go for time wasting tactics rather than argue their case on merit.
