mine has been signed by the dean, and my clearance officer adviced i wait till when school resume fully

The dean of your department or faculty?

You mean they didnt retain any one from you?

I took mine today to my department officials and I was told to return on friday, that they haven't receive any clearance list from the prime clearance officials. thus, they are yet to be mandated to take actions

Yes, just like acceptance fee. but I want to know if we can use First Bank ATM. because I used GT Bank for my acceptance fee payment.

I just got info that while this information applies to some faculties, it doesn't apply to some of which medicine is among..

u can use any ATM card to pay eida acceptance fee or skul fee
