3. Did you massage your body well after the birth of your child. Sometimes in the moment of grief, women tend to 'neglect' the body because the child is no more. I hope you did all the hot water compresses. If you didnt, you might want to get it looked at before you take in again.

Tanks alot 4 ur comment, d dr has educated me on it too, more so she made me understand that dia is nothing bad immunizing at the nearest government maternity centre immediately after birth and that i shd ensure the baby complete subsequent doses which am aware of.

She also made me know that dia is anoda type hb vaccine sold in big pharmacy stores that is active within hrs [b] @ aim0[b][/b]7 please for the sake of your unborn baby seek a 2nd opinion from an experienced gynaecologist. There is a standard protocol for handling babies born of hepatitis b positive mothers. HBIG(hepatitis b immunoglobulin) shot is given to the baby preferably immediately after birth to less than 12 hrs after birth, then you can feed the baby. And still the 1st shot of hep vaccine should be taken at both too or less than 48hrs after birth. The Hbig shot is actually expensive so plan for it. It's about 90k but I think if u know a pharm rep you can get it cheaper. Also don't forget the subsequent immunisations for hep b. With this baby is covered by God's grace. Please take this seriously. God will provide. After delivery you can also see an internal doctor or immunologist if you can get one they will run series of tests on you and know how to treat you. Just go to dosumu, u ll see different shops. Try not to buy everything frm one shop. Tk ur tym and price well. They hv a way of deceiving pple. esp first tym mums.

@all mamas..how are we doing.. December mamas hope we good..me ayam tayad..December should come sharply..hubby was playing music and just as I was about dancing he was like WTH..don't you dare .. I'm not ready just yet ..before we find ourselves in the hospital ..his colleague's wife after travelling through a very bad road to her hubbys villa..labour came and she ended up giving birth at 34weeks..

Meanwhile mamas..when does one start taking walks..from what week.
the weather ain't favourable self in the mornings and evenings..

My Birthstory

My Edd was 23rd October but I wanted to give birth before am 39 weeks. Fast forward to 39 weeks and baby wasn't coming forth. Then I started the countdown to my edd, cuz I really wanted to give birth before my edd so I started taking long walks and eating pineapple but nothing seemed to be working. The idea of getting induced scared me a lot so I was really praying that labour starts naturally.
Fast forward to Wednesday 21st, I woke up in the morning, did some chores nd prayed a lot for labour to start. After that I started climbing the staircase ( I stay upstairs) nd wud stop wen tired. Later that evening by 4:50pm I saw blood wen I wiped after peeng but there was no mucous in it so I felt it can't be show nd was even scared smetin is wrong. So I called Hubby to start coming home that I was bleeding nd called my MIL to tel her wat was happening (she's a midwife) nd she asked me to wait it out.
Later on I started having contractions that were 5mins apart nd was still seeing blood which now had little mucous. Hubby said we shud start going to the hospital but I told him I wanted to wait a bit as I didn't want to get there too early.
By 8:15 we left for the hospital and got there by 9pm. Was checked at 9:30 nd I was 4cm dilated. I was admitted and told to lie on my left side. The pains were getting intense nd I was screaming and trying my breathe exercise but I got to a point were I felt like pushing nd couldn't hold it anyway so I started screaming "I wud push o, am pushing o" but the nurses kept shouting on me not to push; for where I was pushing at some contractions and some I wud breathe in nd out. At a point I was checked again nd I was 6cm and was pooing on the bed, 30 mins later was checked agn but was told my membrane is bulging nd abt to burst, after like 20 mins membrane hasn't ruptured so I was taken to the delivery room nd it was bursted manually. Then I was told to push now o or they wud slap me for making so much noise. I pushed and at the 3rd push my prince charming came forth weighing 3.4kg at 11:54pm . I wasn't given a cut by the dr but the baby tore me in the process of coming out which I felt was worse but seeing my cute little prince made me realise all the pains was worth it...

You can walk anytime to keep fit, it's not restricted to when you are almost due, don't worry about "provoking" labour , gentle regular walks doesn't do that..

But.........

You fit even follow Mary Onyali do training sef, i know her house.
