The world richest man is Bill gates and he is not Christian n he does not pay tithe.

I don't know the current richest man in the world but I know Bill gate was or is still the richest man in the world.

But he is not a born again christian. He may be a church goer but definitely not a Spirit filled born again. He spends a lot of his fortune on charity especially to less developed countries. But he does not pay tithe.

My point is paying tithe can never make you richer ( wealth is a component of prosperity). If you want more money, please do more business.

Prosperity is part of it but it's not all of it.Prosperity is not all material and financial.

I'm not making prosperity ambiguous.There is an english definition of words but there is a biblical meaning to such words which may be different.
The word shalom is where the biblical meaning of prosperity comes from.Shalom means completeness,soundness,wholesomeness,welfare and peace.It includes material and financial gains too.
For example,do you know or have heard of very rich people who can't sleep at night?By the biblical definition of prosperity,it doesn't apply to such a man because the biblical prosperity comes with peace(without worries).
There is the biblical meaning of things which are not just english definitions and that was what I was pointing out.

By the way,i wasn't defending the argument of tithing as the only source of prosperity.

What has the birth of Isaac got to do with Abraham's prosperity?He had an established relationship with God and that was where his prosperity came from.

Prosperity has nothing to do with tithing today, and it is no more applicable to Christians.

My boss in the office is very rich he even owns an estate.
But he doesn't pay tithe, am very sure of that intact he is a very stingy person.


So what do you have to say to that.



Did you say happiness he has some grown up children and they all school abroad, one just did her graduation in USA the both family went over there to celebrate with then.

In fact they are a very happy people.

The only thing you may say is that they may not go or enjoy in heaven.


However is only God who knows those that may actually make heaven, afterall Jesus and his disciples did not pay tithe.
