Just been to slot now. And the customer agent said they don't have any Gionee M3 Mini but they have Gionee M2 Mini. Pls. Are these two phones thesame? Am confused. The price of the Gionee M2 Mini is N14,500.

Yes you can. But YOU Can't use Autoproxy on it except proxydroid as an alternative coz Autoproxy is not yet optimised for android 5.1 but with root which is not available yet, it can be fixed by flashing pie. Above all, you can rock simpler server like madt.
