Do not install directly from storage sense, instead, go to STORE, click on options and select"Install local apps" and you're good to go.

Don't send tru Bluetooth,download from laptop then transfer via usb to your phone download folder.

the kinda problem u guys complain abt always surprise me....you can download with ucweb or surfy browser and am presently downloading from o2tvseries and have download severaltimes with my lumia ,am yet to see any prob....

pls note if you upgraded ur fone,try tothe the hard reset before using it...thats the only way you can truely enjoy it

The default video app doesn't play some video formats, so I downloaded vlc player but whenever I launch it, it closes after 5 secs

I downloaded an app to study the ram of the phone and was disappointed to see the 1gb ram phone had abt 238mb remaining, and I have and use very few apps

See, incase u get buyer, I wan sell the phone, I bought it cos of its cute looks but now I'm regretting it

Lumia plays all video format. You are one who isn't getting it right.you don't need to download any app to understand windows phones. It is the easiest phone to understand.but how much are u willing to sell ur phone?post the pictures.

bros I use Mtn 4.5gb. 3gb for night and 1.5 GB for day and I can't even finish t and mind you I never switch off my data .
