Answer to your second question is 100% qualified in as much as your documents are up to what your department required...

You are trying to help or trying to scam people... I will advise fellow applicant not to fall for this, there is no short cut or scores upgrade, I fall for it last year and ended up loosing N10,000 to a guy that promise me that I don't need interview or any cut-off to enter hnd which I believe but ended up being scammed ...... Bware a word is enough for the d wise, if it doesn't work out out this year it will next year or u can try any alternative......... I rep Csc poly ib 2013 set... BBM - 2B298F0. my pple, neva u believe dat u hav to pay som1 or know som1 b4 u can be admitted. once u beat ur dept cutoff mark n possess d necessary documents, u wil surely be given admission.
i remember wen i wz comin bak 4 my hnd, a guy 4rm ilaro poly wz in a situatn like dis, dat he must be connected to get admission bt i advise him not 2 worry. n at d end, he was admitted n now we are both thru wit our hnd.
