APC scored alot of points because of book haram attacks now the table is turned around. Sorry ohh APC now economy is going down atleast APC could av welcome d idea of gej to bring foreigners to help combat the insurgents but they (apc/buhari) condemned it now its a shame to talk about that. I pray God gives the opposition party the strength to talk more than the APC did. Na strong tin wen garri see make am change him name to EBA.... Peace Nigeria.

The ancestral land will still remain there, since government cannot guarantee their safety, it.is wiser to leave for the time being.

For instance in Plateau st were I reside, some villagers, indigens and migrants have left some of the villages as a result of attacks from herdsmen.just because they will be more safer inside or within the city.

Their life is worth more than material things.

[quote author=kimond101 post=39511448]The Boko Haram sect is a collection of misguided unbelievers who claim to be muslims. Killing of innocent human beings without any justified reason is forbidden in any religion.
Illiteracy in conjuction with brainwashing some individuals has escalated in making them kill innocent individuals.
Killing of innocent people shouting "Allahu Akbar (God is the greatest) " isnt just sensible to me and other right thinking individuals. They don't know what they are fighting

O.K. But what of Hesbola, Isis, Isl, taliban, Alqeeda ete?
Re: Boko Haram: Many Feared Killed, Houses Burnt Down In Yobe by olutunde12(m): 12:55pm On Oct 30, 2015
But mohammed did say you people should KILL anyone that stops you in the course of Alah? He, himself killed many. So, people are just interpreting this the way they feel. Other groups are Hesbola, Taliban, Alqeeda, Isl, isis etc. Qran 2: 191-193. is an example. These violence teaching verses, unlike the biblical old testament, do not show any refrence to historical setting which could have made violence an occurrence in history like it it in the bible.

Many residents are feared killed in a fresh attack by the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, at Bara town of Gulani local government area of Yobe State.

The town is about 109km from Damaturu, the state capital.

The incident, which occurred on Wednesday night, according to residents, was the fiercest attack in recent time.

Speaking to newsmen on Thursday in Damaturu, residents said the militants burnt down houses, shops, foodstuffs, among other valuables using Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

“They stormed the town chanting ‘Allahu Akbar’ as locals took to their heels into the bushes for safety”, a resident Mallam Sule Yaji told newsmen in Damaturu.

He disclosed that the insurgents, who arrived the town in large number burnt several houses during the coordinated attack.

He said that some of the residents caught up in the houses set ablaze were receiving treatment at Bajoga Hospital in neighbouring Gombe State.

A top police officer, who confirmed the attack, said that the Yobe State Commissioner of Police, Zannah Ibrahim, had since rushed to the scene of the attack to assess the extent of havoc caused in the town.

Casualty figure, according to him, was not yet known.

The town currently lacks basic amenities and telecom services, which have been vandalised by the militants.

There is a deliberate attempt by Islamists to force indigenous Christians in the north east and north central out of their native lands so as to decimate or if possible make Christianity go into extinction in those areas. Remember there are more Christians in some of those areas than even some s/west states. Why are they not bombing and killing in the north-western states of Sokoto, Katsina, Kebbi, Jigawa etc. Those ones are already secured for Islam.
Unfortunately, Christian folks (particularly southerners) are too myopic to see this!

It seems to be the norm with Nigerians these days, when incidents like this occur, we tend to look for who to blame, due to the political divide it's usually the FG. The honest truth is this, insurgency is a different kind of warfare, it's not a regular war. In this situation these Islamists strike and run, they have no stronghold in the states they strike, instead the blend with the citizens. An understanding of the warfare is needed, before following the bandwagon in blaming the government. Globally internal insurgency never really ends, Israel has been battling with this for over 60 years with all its superior intelligence and arsenal. Let us get off the sentiments of the polity and be constructive in our thinking and objective. Thanks.

You said it was Jonathan that was clueless, any bad things that happen in this country people sing Jonathan as the cause of it all. Now you have got the change you needed, alright. Give us the change now. All this killings now, is it still Jonathan that is doing? Alex Badeh was removed because of his inability to end the insurgency within short time despite his effort with only little or no assistance from international community. they was a complete ban or embargo placed on Nigeria over the fake reports carried by APC FACTION of Amnesty international and Human right faction of APC that NA were brutally maltreating innocent citizens. Ok, now is our turn to watch APC and the milk candy they promised whole Nigerians, #BUHARI#BRINGBACK#OURGIRLS#, #BUHARISTOPTHISKILLINGS#, #BUHARI#WHEREARE#URCAMPAIGNPROMISES#

I love ur write up, keep it up.
saintandsinnerz:
This government has failed in the fight against Boko haram! The earlier they admit it the better. This is no longer the issue of politics or party affiliation. The Nigerian army cannot i repeat cannot defeat boko haram on its own. The present government should drop their misguided arrogance that it is only the Nigerian Army that will defeat boko haram. It is quite clear they can't! The problem we have in this country is that we play politics with everything; the previous regime solicited the services of some South African mercenaries when they discovered that the Nigerian Army lacks the capacity to defeat boko haram and the result was a drastic reduction in the activities of Boko haram. The APC government came in and in order to tap into the change mood sweeping across Nigeria, sent the South African mercenaries away without taking time to evaluate their impact in the fight. Now we are now worse than we were before. The government has failed in its primary duty of protecting the lives and properties of Nigerians and in saner climes; this is enough for a government to step down. sad cry

I think by now Buhari will now know what GEJ felt but truthfully the propaganda in APC will never allow them to admit this.
All things being equal, Nigeria is not winning this war for now but some people does not give a damn in as much as APC is the ruling party

We all have a war at hand cause the situation. This is a war both Muslims, Christians, and Atheist need to take seriously. Them being is the North today means they are closer to us than we think.
Notify the necessary authorities if you feel/think anyone has the link with Boko Haram sect or is behaving suspicious.
The government alone can't fight terrorism. These individuals are someone's neighbour and family members.
The government also need to create opportunity for quality affordable education and job creation for her citizen.
May God help us win the war against these evil demons, protect us from all evil and forgive the soul of the departed.

Like the ministerial nominee said during his screening if you are a Christian and you visit babalawo you are not a true Christian.
These people might be muslims by name but they do not follow the teachings of islam.
Like why would a true muslim bomb mosques and kill their fellow muslim?
It's a complicated issue that only God will save us.
