i stayed in hostel during my poly days and it was not pleasent. I will not try it again

sincerely futminna D.E intake is very minimal because of the number of 100lvl moving to 200lvl . so it kind of depend on the available space and the performance of other d.e students for the dpment
as for the result I think it should b Nov. because last yr first list was sept and 2nd list was Nov. goodluck

Anyway i would ve advised u book new hostel if u were female,since u r male, off -k is ur last option if u need ur space
