That's Osogbo.

Well, IMO, Osogbo ain't half as bad as I'd imagined. Of course there's always room for improvement. I'm actually from Ilesha SW cheesy. Haven't been back there in a long time but intend to visit the state in a few weeks time.

Or at least Akure, Ekiti.

I already posted the profile of a Yoruba rapper from the UK, Jamie "JME" Adenuga who bagged a first class degree at Uni. Time to post another one, who has a crazy buzz right now and is about to blow up big.

Big "Tobi" Tobz

Born Oluwatobiloba Aiyeola in 1990, in Walthamstow, East London. He graduated from University of Bedfordshire, Luton, UK with First Class Honours in Animation.

His career started in 2010 with the release of his first mixtape "Walthams Flow" which received a brilliant reception. To follow up on the success, he dropped another mixtape in 2012 entitled "Take Me In"

Showing his versatility and appreciation to his roots Nigeria, Big Tobz has also branched out into the afrobeat scene with big Hits such as 'Shetemi' & 'Eyago Kia', working with some big artist in Nigeria The future for Big Tobz music career is looking to go worldwide.

The state definitely has loads of potentials and I believe they also need to start tapping into tourism since a lot of folks from Yoruba diaspora go there annually for different festivals.

If they can make those festivals big and generate more interests, I don't see any reason why the state shouldn't make tons of money off them. Then Ife is also there. Time to start working.
