u have to remove fifa from your face book apps, then try again, I had the same issue and fixed it that way

Okay... If you're using the Facebook app.... Open it...... Click on menu.... The button beside notification..... Then locate account settings....click it.... Then click apps.... Click logged In with Facebook.... Locate fifa 16 open it and u shud see remove at the bottom.... Kindly remove it.... Launch ur FIFA 16.... Tap the top left corner... Then try logging in again.... Viola...

The original apk can't play the obb in ur SD card..... You have to mod the original apk.... With lucky patcher..... When rebuilding the apk.... Tick auto mode.... Remove Google dependency.... Then rebuild.... After rebuilding, install the modded apk.... It will overite the original apk..... Try this...... The modded apk will surely see the obb in ur SD card.... Instead of downloading the obb from the beginning.... Note.... It might not play first time... Keep restarting it..... Will play... Use greenify if rooted to reduce lag

had same issue. Simple! Download the app from play store while your Bob file is on the Bob folder. Make a copy of the obb file somewhere else., in case the apk from store deletes it, didn't happened on mine though.
