A factory reset is not the same as flashing.
Flashing reloads the OS, resetting just wipes user data.

What network are you on?.. If it doesn't dissappear when you are browsing without sas then it's obviously sas that is problematic. Try other vpn apps

Like Borwe said Nexus phones are sold on the Google Play Store.

If you're to buy it online it's most likely pre ordering.
Maybe Kulimart or Elijahdre might have it.

Whenever I click the power button of my android device, this is what I get and I can scroll or select anything in the option provided there.
Not even the recovery mode

2. What is the message you see when the apps closes?
3. What are the commonest apps that close?

Pls l just bougth HTC oneX, playstore did'nt

You need root access to remove , or you may flash your phone (sometimes it doesn't leave after flashing.)
Rooting is your best bet.
You can unrooted after removing the malware.
Google is your friend on how to root your phone.

i also have the same issue..
anytime i on my data or at worst wifi..
opera mini bbm whatsapp or even trying to make calls.. this message will just pop up close whatever i was doing.. unfortunately measure has stopped, unfortunately time service has stop, sometimes android pro and many more...
