Good day house. I seriously need urgent help. I want to know the cost of architectoral drawing (building plan) with approval for a 4-bed room bungalow. I have just successfully aquire a 60ft by 60ft half plot of land in one of the estate around ibeju lekki area in lagos state. My first step is to get a good building plan with approval from the various agency. I intend to build a 4-bed room bungalow with all the rooms ensuit. I will like members here to give me an estimated cost of the building plan including approval inorder for me to take informed decision in planning my budget. All suggestion will be deeply appreciated. Thanks and God bless. |

The cost of the land is 540k. But that was in 2013. As at then the whole place was bush. They just recently clear the estate and allocate us our plot. I am so glad i took advantage of their Chrismas Promo in 2013. Wish u good luck in getting a property around there. 1 Like |

mufutau55: We all have good architects here...many of them as stated...but I recommend this guy VICMOORE for you without reservation. the dude sabi no be small just like most of them here. He did a 6 bedroom pent floor for my boss and 48 rooms hostel as well for a close friend in office ...currently on my piece of half plot for sometin unique...and I tink he's on a project in sangotode the last time I spoke with him..sha |

Thanks alot guys for your contribution although i know alot of architect, all i wanted to know is just an estimated cost of what i want before going to the architect. U know how Nigeria is now, once these architects know u have no idea of the cost, they will just take advantage and some will even end up not giving you what u want. So once again i ask, what is the cost for drawing a building plan with approval for a 4-bed room bungalow? |
