Over 50% APC is comprised of the same set of PDP criminals that destroyed Nigeria. The same ACN criminals that privatised Lagos state to their personal estate and the same set of northern elements of CPC that jointly destroyed northern Nigeria and by extension Nigeria, for over 45 years are still the same set of elements that make up the APC party. You never had fuel scarcity because the importers were happy. They were making lots of money from the government and also selling to you at arbitrary prices.
