Drs and nurses in d house, please help. My 4yrs old nephew came visiting yesterday and i observed he has become VERY LEAN and his eyeballs ''have gone in'' making his forehead and head soo visible. Am worried it might be somthing serious (he stays with my mum and she doesnt see anything wrong him). Please help......

if you are referring to the Milton tab you don't have to soak for 24 hours. just using fifteen minutes is sufficient to sterilise. you can leave the stuffs inside n use and return if you want

morning fresh to Wash is OK. but have a separate sponge for ur baby's things n also a bottle brush is usually more convenient n can reach where ur hand can't.
washing is different from sterilization o. you need to sterilize after washing to kill any germs. you can use hot water too for sterilisation.the Milton tab is for cold water sterilization

When my baby had it,i was told to gv her vitamin c syrup and i also use silverbird ointment n put in a small handkerchief n brought it close to her nose to breath for few minute.i avoid puting much ooooo cos even to adult its harsh n i avoid it touching her body.after then i drop d handkerchief in her cut so d whole place to smell minty which helps wen she sleeps.the whole catarrh disappears after few hours.

I finally did changed my lil bae's formular to my boy eldorin,and my lil bae has added weight,i can hardly carry her,and she consumes her pap like kilode.happy bae,happy mum.thanks to the mamas that gave the advice.

You can soak the botles for 15minutes and use but the whole water solution should can still be used for 24hours

Just finished my 6 months exclusive and I need to switch to milk and cereal.
For me it's NAN vs SMA
(Not using any American milk because they are produced from cows fed on growth hormones and they contain genetically modified organisms aka enfamil /similac advance)
Mothers pls what's your take on this two thanks.

i don't know if this is normal? i tried to call my dr nd he waved it ff nd said to continue ebf dat babies dat age have runny stools. d only reason I'm not running to d hospital is dat d runny stool occurs once or twice out of many. plz is this normal?

Well, I adhere strictly to it though, you can use half tablet for 2.5 liters of water.

Woah...your baby can sure eat. My 5months old son takes 60 - 80ml at a go.

I think ur baby s fyn. Esp since d 'watery' stool isn't regular. continue breastfeeding and observe her closely.

Is it possible to weigh him and let us kno his wt? How well does he feed? Is his appetite good? Is he happy and playful? Incorporate protein in his diet-eggs, milk, fish etc.

My son had same and one thing that was very effective which his paed prescribed among other drugs was menthol crystals. Its usually put in hot water and then the staem inhaled. You can try that too.

Pls wot els can i do 2 stp ds hiccops or is dr smtin am misin? I dnt like seein him go tru ds dou it stps after sm period of time.

Thank you Ma, though I read somewhere that menthol crystals was for infants above 3months old, I don't know how true it is as my baby girl is barely 5wks.

My 5wks old hicups as well after meals, my MIL says its her stomach that is making more room for more food ( I don't know how true it is or if its an old wives tale) but the hicups are harmless and like I learnt from long ago, I just put a white thread on her head to ease it. Don't know it that works as well, but it stops soon enough.
