If you know anyone that makes T- shirt , you can buy a plain flannel and customise it. If you are unable to buy plain flannel, go to Yaba, I am 90% sure they will have flannel material for sale.

I had once cycle and 8 weeks interval btwn the episode and my Whooper baby.
By the way she is now 10 weeks and weighs 7.5kgs

Doctors say you are most fertile within the 1st 3mths after birth or a miscarriage. So get to work kpekusing and enjoy it.

Please I became pregnant again about I month after evacuation. I am 10wks + gone and I am having serious cramps for the past three days. Should I be worried as there is no bleeding? I have had three miscarriages in the last one year

Hmm, my mamas the thing I read on nairaland this morning is beyond human imagination. This whole house maid thing is getting out of hand, if u can do without them pls manage and if it is a must to have dem in ur home then pray seriously to God for guidance and treat them the way YOU will also want to be treated.
I went to poo n decided to check nairaland, lo n behold on front page was the story of a maid who cut off the arm of baby in her care. When I say arm, I mean starting from the shoulder tears filled my eyes and that was the end of the pooing. Nt too long in last month there ws the story of a maid sexually abusing a little girl and the evidence was in pictures sef. Hmm, it is just so sad what the world is turning into.
Please let's pray and also do everything humanly possible so that our children will not fall victims. My hubby and I are seriously planning on how we can do without maids when our children arrive and I kno we will achieve it by the special grace of God, AMEN!!!

Preggie and cramps go hand in hand.
As long as there is no bleeding.
Drink a lot of water, like plenty. Dehydration causes cramps too. And stop any stressful stuff.
You will be fine, jst take it easy

good evening mama's, How body. I went to scan today oo. from my lmp, I am 12wks+6days today but the scan dated me 13wks+4days bringing my Edd more earlier, and I also have 2intramural fibroid but am not having any pain or cramps for now.

Is that how the previous ones start or is it different?
Having cramps is normal in pregnancy but with your history keep your Dr informed, if possible have your own private nurse, take a lot of rest, keep your feet up, drink lots of water and have faith.

Mamas in d house i greet everybody. I ve bin having dis blocked ear with pains and it very discomforting. I cant sleep at nite,my ear is as if its full of water. I went to an ENT hospital and d doc prescribed ear drop which i declined bc of d safety of my baby. I called anoda doc he prescibed augumentin said its safe in pregnancy. I am a FTM and i hardly sleep at nite,dis is the 5th day. I ve used cotton buds but i tink it ended up giving me injury,can barely hear with d ear. Its d left ear,am 23weeks gone,but i feel like cutting off my ear. Mamas pls advice me accordingly,has anyone else experienced dis? Thank u

Please use your drugs. Its probably an infection and may end up getting worse. The nasal, buccal and auditory tracts are all connected, if one gets infected there is a chance that the others could too. God forbid if the infection crosses into the bloodstream( very possible and dangerous)

The Drs are aware of the risks, its minimal in 2nd trimester. Besides many preggies are prescribed Augmentin.
