I know port Harcourt too like I know enugu, enugu is a city where machines are used in sweeping dust on the streets. you see a wastebin at every 500meters in enugu, unlike in port Harcourt.

Roads in enugu are well marked, more than those in pH.

Enugu as a city has more street lights and traffic lights than the whole of port Harcourt. You will see traffic light at almost every junction in enugu.

On what basis is port Harcourt more infrastructurally sound than enugu. PH is also an igboland, but I will tell you the truth.
