Sis, I would suggest you go for HND oo, HND is seen as worthless as NCE in Nigeria, better look for a small job with ur OND save som cash and apply through D.E into a University.

Sweetheart you sounded like a broken record. Don't you have a dad, mother or uncle? Well, I am happy you have done the first part( OND) and you want to further. Getting a job is not bad. You would need to start from the small jobs and then apply for HND part time because you have hands, eyes, legs and none are bad.
I would commend you for this baby step but take a Gian step by getting a job.
NB: some girls would have resorted to runs. Keep your head high. By the way you are a fine girl.
