BRAH, YOU CAN GET THE COURT AFFIDAVIT AT THE SCHOOL, AND ALSO YOU CAN PRINT IT ONLINE WITH THE MEDICAL FORM WHEN ONLINE REGISTRATION STARTS, BUT I WAS TOLD BY MY FRIEND WHO IS A FUTARIAN THAT THE PRINTED COURT AFFIDAVIT IS NOT RECOGNISE... HE PROMISE TO GET ME ONE AND ANOTHER FOR HIS COUSIN TOO.

Don't bother stressing urself about court affidavit, when the registration commences, d court affidavit will always be available within d school.. I tink it's around 300 or so
