ugonnachimezie54: What transport company are you using? Do you know PH very well? If using a transport line ( I think Agofure should be easier for you), alight at Waterline. You can board a cab (1k max) if you don't know PH very well. Prime Consultants is located at Cocaine village opposite 2nd Artillery bus stop. |

Hello House, Please I need you guies help urgently. I Recieved a mail from CIC that my application was not granted based on the following reasons *Personal Asset and Financial status *Family ties in canada and country of Residence *Purpose of Visit. I used an uncle as a sponsor wit a bal of 16m, my study leave letter was attached, my payslip, my application shows that I have a 3years experience in HR and I am going for a graduate Certificate in HR. I want to appeal the application- how do I address these concerns raised by the VO on my appeal |

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 9 by thesoj: 9:35pm On Nov 05, 2015 |
slutky:I am sorry to hear about your delay. Your best bet is to reapply, not appeal. In the eyes of CIC, granting you a TRV is not a right but a privilege. That you attached a certain combination of documents to your application doesn't mean that the VO is obligated to approve your application. From the VO's perspective, your application was refused because "you have not satisfied [him/her] that you would leave Canada during the end of an authorized stay" thus he/she ticked the three reasons in your post to buttress this point. This means that the burden of proof is solely on you to demonstrate however you can that you have reasons to return to Nigeria if at some point you can't stay legally in Canada anymore. I would strongly recommend you start by reading from page 1 of Part 9 to get a better understanding of how you could best repackage and refire. This may require you to defer your admission, as I would not recommend rushing to reapply and then be denied again. You should include a well-written SOP in your app, to explain why Canada, why a graduate certificate program and not an MSc? what do you plan to use the graduate certificate for in Naija? etc etc. I strongly encourage you to read the thread, particularly if you can read the whole of Part 6 or 7 or 8. 2 Likes |

stinux:that's the tuition and the incidental fee on the website. You might not know the actually fee till you register for courses after you are being admitted. Other fees will be added to the ones on the website. U can just work around 8k + |

@thesoj What should I do concerning my Medical issue oo? Been giving me headache.. Got medical mail but Medical form wasn't included, Just the Stamped passport and If I should Email them how soon do you think they respond to email because I think that's the only option I have. Thanks |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 9 by thesoj: 9:43pm On Nov 05, 2015 |
You don't need to use an agent. See this post, and view this document. Also, use Google to fill in the gaps or read from page 1 of Part 9 of this thread meticulously. Estimate how long it would take you to gather all the required documents, and then determine if to defer or not. You should be able to do said estimation within a week, if you carefully and critically go through all the links above. Best of luck. bodeblaq: 1 Like |

You don't always need a medical form to do medicals (although I'm aware that some people receive a medical form from CIC). People who do upfront medicals do it without a form from CIC. Take your passport with you and provide whichever hospital you go to with your CIC number (First Consultants in Ikoyi comes to mind). They will give you a form after your medicals. The hospital will send your results to CIC, and if you did online route you could upload said form. olamitunposi: |

Zionplace:I think it's best to mail or call VFS about this, or better still go to their office to sort out the issue. After your biometrics, did it reflect on your CIC account? |
