Why would anyone want to carry Laptop or any sophisticated gadget to orientation camp. Maybe it may interest you to know that the camp is not a funfair. I want to believe you asked this "just for joke" grin

, Moreover the .security of such can not be guaranteed. So in essence, they are not allowed for the 3 weeks orientation camp, however you can go with them later.
