This is so worrisome, how can an importer incur unbudgeted additional expenditure over recovery of fallen truck or container in a commodity that is either fragile or has stiff competition in the market or even both, atimes the money for the procurement of such commodities may have come through loans.

This is not funny. Seriously its time to enact (or enforce)strict laws to regulate the operations of these trailers.
