Please as much as possible, don't use a phone. Using a system would be better and faster.

I have completed the personality test. I got an email with a link to the second test some minutes later. Would attack and conquer that one tomorrow.

I didn't put an address on my cover letter. Juts copied and pasted it.

just finished my 2nd test.the numerical section is 16 questions in 18 mins.it is a little tough I couldn't even finish..don't waste to much time studying the bar chart or graph you are given just skim through then go straight to the questions and trace the values you need from the graph or chart...waiting for their mail now.

After I applied, the link was sent within an hour. Also, after the first test, the link to the second was sent like two hours after.

Please is it compulsory to upload a transcript?

Try not to come up as an Independent individual all the time.. Pick options that show ure a team player, a leader but one that knows when to draw the line on delegating responsibilities. Better luck next time too..

For the first test, u shud try and check wat shell values in a staff (eg ability to innovate, seek assistance from other staffs, research nd want to work with multiple data) and wat dey don't eg proudness etc.
For the second test, u shud take decisions (in the decision part) favouring the customers and product quality, and also want to research and consider multiple reasonable opinions before making a decision or implementing or recommending something. And for the numeric part, know u can't finish it. Just make sure u ans the ones u know perfectly and guess for d remaining; do not leave any ans unanswered. And u shud study and master percents and data interpretation (pie charts, histograms, and data tables) before even attempting it.

Applied some days ago but haven't written my test due to work schedule, will do so this night. Guys just calm your nerves about the test and believe you can pass it, wish all my fellow applicants the best.

but did you try to login again with the link they sent you....because when I had network issue I just logged in again and continued from where I stopped
