A line drawn from the entry of River Niger in the west straight to the entry point of River Benue in the east divides Nigeria into South and North. And from the Centre of this horizontal line, another perpendicular line drawn up and down to the North and South of Nigeria, divides Nigeria into four perfectly recognisable cardinal zones of Northwest, Southwest, Southeast and Northeast. This is the CHANGE we want from Pmb and Apc Government. The next elected National Confab will give us this.
