Before flame throwers set me ablaze, I'm just looking for answers from lawyers in the house.
Also, I would've posted this in the Law section but none exists.
So here are the issues:

It appears that he gave a bailout to governors without NASS approval. Is that accurate and if so was that legal?
He's paying oil marketers N413 billion for subsidies. After announcing that we're broke and earlier in the year that he won't work with the 2015 budget, is this money from his supplementary budget? Wherever the money's from, shouldn't the NASS be informed and give approval first, even if it's just rubber-stamping?
Lastly- and this one will definitely get flak- has the CCB actually published the official asset declaration forms of Buhari and Osinbajo?

I met an empty treasury...next day he spent 2.1 billion for a photo session with Obama ,
came back and blew away over 500 billion as bailout funds for states
Now..Nigeria is broke .
.within a twinkle of an eye he approves 413 billion for oil marketers
Naija your president is either a money doubler or he is also suffering from numerical diarrhea grin

All these winshes and winzards praying fervently and hoping for the nation to crumble so they can justify their support for the devilish past order. These guys are actually pained that states were bailed out and workers paid, they are also deeply pained that the impending fuel scarcity which was loading for December has just been averted with the payment made to oil marketers. Hence they have come up with several subtle lamentation threads like this one and plenty others:-
- Is Buhari not breaking the law by paying fuel marketers?
- I thought buhari said Nigeria was broke?
- I thought pmb said he didnt know what subsidy was?

By their fruits ye shall know them, the heart of man is desperately wicked even to himself (cos if Nigeria crumbles, these folks and their families will also suffer). For too long we have been deceived to think that winshes and winzards are those ugly people that fly at night, but we have been wrong all along.

God pass una!

Look, it's very easy to disregard the so-called 'rule of law'. Until it affects you. At that point, it's usually too late for everyone, including supporters and the opposition.
This thread is directed specifically at those with legal or constitutional knowledge (maybe I should modify the title). So your insults are utterly ineffective and impotent- limp, actually.
He's already set other precedents so I need some insight into the trend his govt is taking.
