He should reserve his explanation, thought they said they will report the CCT chairman to the NJC, their hunter is now being hunted.

To be honest with you iam tired of all these guys that has sold out their professional ethics and moral conduct cos of money.I saw and heard one of his counsels said "judicial rascality"- don't know if he's the one. Him and his master have something in common, "denial" remember saraki said he was never stoned and booed.

One good reason why I had to consciously train myself to refrain from speaking when emotionally overwhelmed in combative situations. Words spoken can NEVER be retracted or taken back. Despite all you say to the contrary when the heat has settled, no one will believe you never meant what you said.

The heat has settled and he now realises he was a complete buffon uttering some words in public.

The only time you can be certain a lawyer isn't lying is when his/her mouth is close.

And even then the lie is brewing in his mind, to be spewed as soon as he opens it. Well, guess he's just doing his job- telling lies.

News: Saraki was stoned in Ilorin during Eid
Saraki: I was not stoned, i was happily welcomed

News: Saraki's legal team walked out of tribunal
Saraki's Team: We didnt walk out.

Its so obvious this man is trying all his best to stay in politics but he shot himself a long time ago, he needs to just bow and save his face

Resign? Bow out? Those terms are anathema to anything official in Nigeria especially in government circles. Those words have not been invented yet in the Nigeria Dictionary of Official Conduct.

Bow out? Resign? GEJ was a fluke and even at that it wasn't such a selfless gesture all the way if we are to be factual.

I saw this guy on tv saying the tribunal's ruling amounted to judicial rascality -yes, "judicial rascality". I could not believe my ears given that this guy parades himself as a senior advocate of nigeria. Although the SAN rank has been bastardized and is now available for pay, but still i dont expect any lawyer worth the name to refer to a tribunal established by law and performing its legal functions in such uncouth terms.

It is not an issue of 'who he was referring to'. Whether he was speaking to journalist or not, what or who does the term 'Judicial Rascality' mean or points to. What is the subjective meaning of the statement?

Did he say 'Journalistic Rascality'? No! So irrespective of who was being addressed when the statement was uttered, a third person is being referred to- the Judiciary, represented by the tribunal.

“It has also been reported in the aforesaid media that the defence described the actions of the Honourable Tribunal as; “Judicial Rascality”.

All these half baked lawyers parading themselves as silks nowadays sef! How can he be denying something that was transmitted live and rebroadcast by all of the major media outlets? How can he deny calling the action of the judge "judicial rascality" when a video of his statement outside the court building is all over the internet? See the bloody coward who cannot even stand by his statement but wants to represent the person of the Senate President.

Bunch of desperados who call themselves Senior Advocates but do not know that a court or Tribunal cannot stop proceedings in a criminal trial simply because you informed it orally that you filed an appeal at the Supreme Court. In effect, there was nothing before the tribunal to show that an appeal was pending at the Supreme court. And these Senior Advocates decided to walk out on the tribunal because the Chairman correctly ruled against their Application. And this Raji is here denying that they did not walk out on the tribunal and did not use the words "judicial rascality" against the learned tribunal chairman. He should tell that to the birds! These gentlemen should be sanctioned for professional misconduct if it is proved that they indeed walked out on the trubunal while it was still in session.
