This would be going straight to the appeal court. Can't see how an election tribunal would overturn a popular mandate basing its judgement on intra party irregularity.

If I were you I won't be celebrating what we all know is a prepared script from the headquarters of APC. There would be an appeal, you don't overturn a 50,000 deficit basing judgements on technicalities.

That intra party exercise is a part and parcel or the Electoral Process. If it is faulty as you have admitted its irregularity, then whatever is built upon it is flawed.

When APC is done with PDP, their Primaries will become transparent by force

Do you know the reason why INEC is represented at every party's primaries? It answers your curiosity.

The appeal could go either ways depending on the superior arguments of counsels. Do not forget mama Taraba is a legal mind who has been an attorney general for that state also. She will not allow some hungry lawyers to misrepresent her like they are doing to Saraki.

It's very painful. But I think INEC contributed to PDP ouster by their testimony at the court.

Uhmm...I am yet to study the evidences that led to this incredible judgement. Because this is like hoisting a governor on people who don't want her. Aisha Alhassan lost in that election. Order another election and she will lost again and again and again. I just hope the authorities are proactive enough to prepare for and forestall a breakdown of law and order. Because it can only be a matter of time before Taraba gets too hot for everyone.
