As I speak, the city of Onitsha is at a standstill. Motorists that do not have allegiance to Biafra can not enter until further notice. Nigerian flags have been rightfully removed from the city, and replaced with proper Biafran Flags. Motorists entering with Nigerian flags and peacefully asked to replace them with their proper flag, and it's working. Biafra has begun.

How did this happen? Well, when you have 1 bridge connecting Nigeria to 60 million people, and laugh at all requests to build a second one, you have given the owners of that bridge 100% power over what is and isn't Nigeria. TonyeBarcasta and co can come on here and post about South South and South South South South until their yoruba fingers turn purple. As it stands, what Onitsha people decide to do with Niger Bridge determines the existence of Nigeria as it relates to Rivers, Awka Ibom, Imo, Enugu, Benue, Cross Rivers, and Abia state. All that's left or us to contest is union with our brothers in Bayelsa and Delta, who are protesting in larger numbers than even people on the other side of the bridge.

You gave Osha this power and they have made their decision. You can keep claiming they're a part of Nigeria but let you as a Nigerian cross their bridge today without paying due homage to the New Nation of Biafra.

Meanwhile I can go to Lagos because it's a no man's land grin

OP you funny sha. Abeg wetin any sound-thinking non-igbo pesin wan find go Onitsha? Onitsha needs the rest of Nigeria than vice-versa coz they hardly produce anything of note there, and most of the goods sold at the market are imported via SW Nigeria ports without which there'll be nothing to sell, so if you shut out your customers, whoever they are.. Ko kan'aiye mehn. Btw, happy protesting. I am all for Biafracheesy

Lol. I hate to be in your shoes boy coz it's obvious you and your ilk are desperate to find a way to get the rest of the country's attention via the pity parties you call protests but too bad y'all appear too insignificant to command the level of attention you seek.

You cleverly failed to address the fact I cited that Onitsha market is dependent on imported goods that enter Nigeria majorly via SW ports, without which the market ceases to exist. In other words, the part of the country that owns and controls the seaport where imported goods that are the lifeline of the likes of Onitsha can easily replace Onitsha in a heartbeat -- we'll simply import those goods ourselves and cut y'all off and problem solved. So don't flatter yourself, boy.

There is another route from warri to bayelsa tho, but it's not heavily travelled, and was even submerged during the flood that occurred a few years ago.

That guy up there shouting lagos ports is the daftest human beign. The monkey doesn't know that Biafrans import commodities from nearby Cameroun/Ambazonia. He obviously doesn't know how much the zoo loses to cameroun via bakkasi and bafousam.

He doesn't also know that the okirika shirt he is putting on right there came in through cameroun. LWKMD.

Nigeria should break up jare.

Southern states keep increasing taxes thereby making life unbearable for their residents by means of raising revenue to fund essential projects while the bulk of the Fed allocation goes to the north, with most LGs, states, political offices and govt jobs.
They contribute relatively nothing to the fed coffers. All free money and no taxation whatsoever!

Tired of sharing the same national identity with these abokiis. They'r a clog in the wheel of Southern progress.

If Una like make Una import from North Korea sef, ko kan'aiye. Bottom line is that importation isn't rocket science, and certainly not for those of us that God has blessed and favored with three access points to the sea cheesy, unlike some landlocked smello.s. Really there's nothing your sorry lot offer that'll be missed and can't be easily replaced in a heartbeat.

Keep chasing away investors with your agitation. Guess what? They'll find solace in the SW.

It's just so sad that this freaks will later put the blame on Yorubas by claiming we cornered everything. That's thesame rhetoric the SS uses after their militancy made them lose oil company headquarters to Lagos.

The reason for construction of East-West Road was to remove the relevance of Onitsha bridge to those coming from West to East and Vice vase.

I have made up my mind that you are an old fool. Do you know that the Eas-West road is as old as Lagos-Benin-Onitsha road that links Onitsha bridge?

So somebody going to Bayelsa or Akwaibom from Lagos will have to go all the way to Onitsha bridge before turning down South? So its economic importance is not a priority reason to dualize the road but because the authorities are more concerned about downplaying the relevance of Onitsha bridge?

I just wonder at your mentality most of the times. Are you sure you are not on drugs?
