Airtel na criminal with their fake data usage system, yes I tried it this mornin and got 1.024gb, so I downloaded modern combat 5 frm play store the first file around 45mb
Then tried downloading the remaining part which is 638mb.

Just abt 250mb downloaded n I got an sms of 95% of ur data used. Then it stopped downloading

Had to use my glo wi-fi to download the remaining 380mb for d game.

Dat means d acclaimed 1gb frm Airtel is just around 400mb or so.

I expected this frm Airtel, one of the best data cheats in nigeria!

You can rate the data deduction. They are lying like the devil himself.
I did the stuff and visited instagram and saw just three videos and few pics.

there is deduction rate bro...guys have bin in the system for long so they have noticed things others have not noticed...believe me, there is deduction rate...test and see for ur self....download a file of 10 mb and see how 40-70 mb will be deducted from your bundle

Dial *140# to check data. It can be use only on weekends (Friday - Sunday).

I just subscribed now with #100 and I was given 1gb to expire 14/11/2015. That means I can use it today (Sunday) and Saturday next week.
You can now download whatever you want to download and stream online.

Airtel has a plan as usual to steal your money especially when the bundle finishes before expiration. you can adopt any of the two advises below

1. make sure you do not have more than 100 naira in your phone. imagine you have 500 naira and you subscribe with 100 naira. your voice balance is 400 naira. as soon as you start downloading stuffs and your data balance is going down, airtel will encroach on your remaining 400 naira and wipe it out. i have been a victim.

2. make sure you check your data balance periodically to avoid loosing your money if you have more than 100 naira in your phone. By doing so, you keep tab of the remaining data volume and ensure that you money is safe.

Pay as you use (PAYU) feature in airtel is by force. i have done everything to ensure that when my subscription expires and my data connection is enabled mistakenly, i am not charged by airtel automatically. Airtel does not prompt you before PAYU. you get a message that you have used a certain amount of money just by enabling your data connection.

the last time i did a WTF plan of 100 naira. i had another 500 naira cooling in my account. i was just doing my surfing only to get a message that my balance was 0.12 naira. the whole 500 naira wiped out.

Airtel customer service informed me via twitter that the PAYU service cannot be deactivated.
