My Department is Estate Management.
My dept finished computation and sent out our results to admin on October.

Good evening distinguished senators,sorry I was unavoidably absence from the red chamber for my ministerial screening,due to my journey to my school to fill mobilization form........I got a vital information from the Dean of student affairs in my school,who told me that mobilization list will soon be out,as it has been sent to Nysc database waiting for publication........That's for those who filled their form in August,September and October .........

You could have,as a matter of respect and urgency send a written note to the senate and not after...

@yanbasee,I was told the same thing when I went to school last week,that they will soon paste pre -mobilization list....so we should just keep the faith alive
