Congratulations Nigeria.

I can't understand why some Nigerians wished that Nigeria will lose to Mali, even to the extent of posting it online.

Too bad.

Now we are celebrating, but some are not happy because their candidates didn't make the team.

Special thanks to Coach Amunike for ignoring those "players with Godfathers".

Godfatherism should be avoided in our country for national interest and growth.

Redman44:
Look, the European countries we defeated will continue developing the players they brought to this U-17 Tournament that Nigeria just won while many of the Golden Eaglets who have triumphed tonight will be forgotten by March 2016. We need to start doing things in a visionary manner in Nigeria. We need a very good Foreign Technical Adviser/Coach. Someone like Clemens Westerhof who will come in and start building a Super Eagles Squad for the Qatar 2022 World Cup. We have 7 years to before the 2022 World Cup and 7 years is enough to build a very strong team that get us into the Semi Finals of Qatar 2022 Senior World Cup. Sunday Oliseh will only do his best but we need a developmental coach from Germany or Holland. From 2010, we have been producing a lot of players below the age of 20 years old. By 2022, we should not see the likes of Odion Ighalo, Mikel and Ideye Brown in the Super Eagles Squad. Do you understand what I am saying?

Now somebody is thinking like me.
what da. Fvk are you thinking??
Do you think it is easy to tackle, made forward pass and be composed like Nwkali at that age.
I've only watch these boyz for the second time, and I can tell you if not for nwkali in that mildfield maybe mali would av beat us.
Everything is not abt scoring, Osimen is a gud player too.

Our captain nwakali na utility player. He deserves the award. Both in defence, midfield and feeding the attack. He really tried.
