Is this house worth ($2.5million) 490million naira? Naaah!!! The master bedroom is way too large cos it will contain 5(five) of that bed you are sleeping (waste of space) abi the left out space na for car park? The interior is darn poor, distance of the lighting is way too far btw each other, why not use ambient lighting with nice POP ceiling not this quack design? The electrical fittings is left half done and too scattered in the room, the wooden tiles doesn't match the wall and not properly fixed. Wait no source of natural ventilation for inside Nigeria house? She must have been duped or lying or maybe she bought size and not quality but certainly not upto 200million apartment cos its not full-furnished home.
