The next day, I woke up with cramps I went to d bathroom after peeing I see Dat my mucus dropped. clean myself I told DH ND I went bk to bed. By 1 pm I noticed I couldn't walk properly, I started noticing liquid discharge. Then I called my doctor he said I shud pack my bags to head to d hospital. I got to do hospital around past 2pm, the nurse check me she said am 3cm gone I av to stay ND av d baby... placed me on monitor, pass IV for hydration. Water started coming out. Around 5pm I transferred to d labor room, pass d oxytocin IV, the nurse asked if I want epidural I told her I can't say for now

So the pain stars increasing, was checked around 8pm I was 4cm, the doctor told d nurse to increase d IV. ... mehn d real pain come start JESUS!!!I started shouting seriously to a point Dat I burst into tears... the nurse came in calm me down ND said dats it's gonna b till d baby is out. For RealFast forward by 5am d doctor came to check me, she said am 10cm ..

She den asked me Dat am I ready to real work, I said yes.
So I started pushinggggggggggggggggggggggg. I couldn't help it anymore I started begging them to help me pull her out.. she said no Dat I av to do it myself. .I pushed for almost 3hrs.

7:04am my baby was out. Place her her on my chest.

Hello mamas, how are u all doing?i always wish I could contribute often to this thread but dis my job will not even allow me use my phone during work hours which is one of the issues that has brought me here tonight. So I'm considering the option of taking my LO to a crèche as I have not been able to find a replacement for my nanny that'll be leaving in December. My concerns are 1. How can I find a good crèche around Ogba and Ikeja environs? 2. How do I sort out feeding for my LO cos I resume work 7am and close 7pm. 3. I can't use my phone during the day and I can't go out of d office,so checking up on my LO at school is almost impossible but I guess my hubby will be d one to do that if he doesn't forget to always call. Pls I need mummies to suggest good crèches that they have used and can confidently say they are good or if u AV any reliable nanny contacts as I may still be needing one. My baby is just a year and one month and I just feel awful not been able to take care of her myself but not working means leaving my husband to handle all the bills and other responsibilities

I will b thru with schl by the end of this month so I will b relieving my baby's nanny off her duties because I will b moving back home. she has been taking care of my lo snc he was 6weeks nd he will be nine months in a few days. I hve neva taken my baby to the hosp snc we left after his birth neither have I had any cause to treat him for any infection due to carelessness 0r any of sort. u can contact me if u r interested

Carrying extra weight around the waist is common for people with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, but it doesn't have to be that way. As a matter of fact, trimming your belly fat will not only help you look and feel better, it can also help reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke.

Making your abdominal muscles stronger has another advantage as well. They support the lower back and hold you upright. Continual poor posture puts these muscles to sleep, leaving you with a belly bump as well as an aching back.

A good ab workout will lighten your midsection and emphasize other large muscles of your body in a way that increases your metabolism (to burn fat) and improves your posture ( to make you look younger and leaner).

Pls stop d sudocreme, its not meant 2 b used as a creme bt a diaper rash creme. Try natural stuffs like coconut oil or sheabutter, or sebamed products. Mothers pls let's stop all d sudocremes, skineal n fumbact A on our babies skin, dey r doing major damage.
Thanks for ur response ma

Sudocrem is an antiseptic cream, 15% zinc oxide. If she doesn't have a rash or eczema, I don't know if you should be using it. Why not show it to your doctor to see what she prescribes? Or put a picture up here, maybe someone can recognise what's going on or show a dermatologist. Also try coconut oil or shea or cocoa butter on the patches, it may work.

I mix my own diaper rash protective cream from basic ingredients like beeswax, cocoa butter, Shea butter, lanolin, coconut oil. It's safe to use even on faces and hair (I use as my body cream) and keep the zinc oxide creams for when we have a rash (which is rare).
Thank u ma

Yeah, she is attempting to crawl. You just need to be watchful so she doesn't hit her head on the floor.
