i'll advise you google what psychometry test entails, thats just an aspect of prychometric test you have there, which is the BEHAVIOURAL/ SJT,

Maybe I should have said that what we should expect.
The first test we did basically contained Numerical...Verbal and Logical.
So it's safe to say we can come across somthing like that.

Good morning guys. Wondering why they'll invite us for another test again when someone like me has been waiting for either a medical mail or invite for HR chats.

The test is likely to be behavioral. We've done the other parts of psychometric test in the first aptitude test we did at Law school.

Has anyone seen the latest executive trainee opening on Dangote site? Why starting a new recruitment when you're yet to conclude recruitment for the same/similar opening?

My thoughts are with you guys who're not based in Lagos. Sometimes, I wonder if HR personnels are oblivious of the fact that all job applicants aren't based in Lag. It cost them fortunes to travel down to Lag for a test or interview! I hope the salary package make sense sha.

Anyone with the idea of the salary package should please hint us, it will help some of us to make informed decision.

Now there are 50 new positions for the same hustle we went through and yet to conclude. I thought the website specified 10 slots for each discipline except IT which was 5 slots. Maybe the psychometric test is to flush out this set of interviewees in order to restart the whole process...just saying.

My tots since yesterday too. Y ll they advertise a vacancy for this same position without concluding this ongoing one

I don't think it wud affect u guys successes so far. The previous ones were meant for Fertilizer( According to d Job description) on Dangote's site . I guess dat is why they emphasised on Executive Trainee REFINERY.



Though, its same job scope and location but different businesses (Fertilizer / Refinery)

Most likely they couldn't get as many candidates as they want from those that have gone through the recruitment process so far, hence the need to reopen the door for more candidates to try their lucks.

The previous one was refinery!!..this is also refinery!!...it's stated...probably need more ppl or mistake on the website...which is unlikely!...#na them know Wetin dem dey do#
