I see lots of these animals (African civet) brutally killed and hung up for sale along Okigwe -Owerri road, along with antelopes and I feel so sad each time I drive pass.

If only they knew what they were doing to that ecosystem.
And to think that the meat from this is barely up to a full grown broiler.

It seem more so to me, that many of you are naive or outrightly oblivion to the Nigerian realities. Do you think is every familied that can effort "meat" . you keep listing alternatives as if people don't already know their options.

Bros that meat is some reasonable kilos. If you want to pay for it say in market, it will cost a lot for an average Nigerian. So let them celebrate their catch. Forest no de run out of animal. Plus it is bush animal, not all this town breed that has been injected with God know what for growth.
