Ibebe: What are you trying to post? Make sure the picture links aren't too long with too much vowels and edit some of the profiles, by making them shorter. You can download the pictures on ya computer and attach them instead. I don't have the answers, but you can navigate through the spambot by doing that. |

Aareonakakanfo: Lmao. Those folks are just too petty. The used to ban me all the time back in the day, but they stopped recently, then gave me a long ban on the beauty thread cos I said the chic that won the competition's fugly and these mofos started catching feelings. Shyte, when I said the romani chic during last year's competition's the best looking one among the lot - these mofos called me "objective" for that. There are just too many mods from that axis on this forum. This isn't Biafraland for fvck sake. The lala guy showed his inner Biafran colour today with this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/2727097/buhari-ojukwu-protesting-against-obasanjos passively supporting IPOB youths. |

ProfShymex: Ironically I've never been banned for tribal bashing .We just used to have fun with it The emboldened is the same thing that happened to the barcanista guy Homeboy use to get over 100 likes even for emojis alone. He doesn't get that anymore since he aired his opinion regarding the biafran thing I still prefer the Lalastic guy to the rest though.Generally, I haven't really had any issues with the mods The OA.M4J is just there to make up the numbers |

MayorofLagos: I believe they will too, if they keep up the protest and continue to draw the attention of the international community. And trusting the Nigeria Police for their lack of professionalism to handle the situation badly and let things degenerate quickly to make Nigeria appear like it took the 'bait'. Most Ibo elites have been quiet over the matter and the loud ones have been mostly those in the rank and file of the ruling party. Once the movement gathers solid momentum, just watch how they'd all jump on the ship either overtly or covertly. Yoruba are not on the airwaves but they're on the internet; on NL alone, you'd find Yoruba frothing all over at the mention of Biafra they have nothing to lose or gain from. Isn't sixteen years too generous on your path? I would say 5 to 10 years. It seems to be getting worse for Nigeria every year. How's that possible without Nigeria going up in flames? |
Re: Yoruba Commonwealth and Politics by Nobody: 8:24pm On Nov 10, 2015 |
Aareonakakanfo: Operation illuminate dark minds. I wonder why the biafra thread gives them itches all over. They're not developing regionally or getting better with Nigeria yet they won't let the other group with focus be. |

9jacrip: More like pro-snitching. A chameleon will never be able to hide its true colours forever. A lot of folks on this forum are snakes...you just have be watchful, hence certain things should NEVER be discussed here. You'll see same clowns that'll stalk you all the time quoting ya posts for discussions would be the same clowns behind alt handles attacking you everywhere. Hence I stay away from conversing with a lot of these weirdos offline till I can establish a level of trust. Loool. A lot of these take it seriously like a high-flying job. Loool. If not, why would anyone be troubling a thread that isn't disturbing his life? |

IlekeHD:Amusing am here. I strongly believe we can't be blaming colonialist and errors of the far flung years but I must admit that Nigeria started on a tripod but the merger of these and subsequent six geopolitical divisions and thirty six states did not reflect the tripod arrangements of old Admittedly, we must reckon that political leaders have failed in most cases but today here we are in Nigeria still facing mundane challenges as portable water, roads and electricity, the world has left us behind. The Yoruba country may be rated above some other regions but the truth be told, in its beauty and glory, its still a long way to go. What are the immediate approach to recovery 1. Building synergy and leveraging on its natural advantages: it all starts with establishing a proactive and response governance. Using its political and economic structures as launch pad, she needs to immediately identify existing gaps in basic economic levels of agriculture especially in grains productions, animal farms and vegetables.Another gap is what I called the intermediate industrial wares must be focused on which can absorb products from the first tier and produce for bigger consumers such as machine&tools, spared parts etc then the Yoruba country can grow from there. 2. Use Lagos as launch pad for growth: Allow Lagos to continue to grow into a cosmopolitan services city, allow it to spill to Ogun, connect it by fast train to Ibadan, open up new ports at Ondo and service it with industrial and energy city there. 3. Welcome all investors with open arms: even if they say they owe your economy, like the English, make Yoruba country the English idea 4.Provide good infrastructures: More than ever, the Yoruba need to to invest in infrastructures especially power leveraging on the current alliance with government in power, work on water supplies, roads, and energy sustainability. So for Biafra I've kept myself out of this talk but for the sake of those who are here to learn I will lend my voice. The current agitators of Biafra incidentally will gain the least from it. Any evolution of a Biafra country will almost immediately brings Nigeria to an end. I know that Niger Deltans and Yoruba are watching with keen interests but the best outcome could be true federalism or regionalism(I crave this profoundly) but Igbos would have lost something of value, investments. Two key areas will explode in event of any disintegrated Nigeria; the Niger Delta which will be war over oil and gas and, the middle Belt, over boundary with core north and claims over Abuja.Let me stop here 2 Likes 1 Share |

Aareonakakanfo/cabbieAC I bet you include "politics" in the header. Something like "Yoruba commonwealth politics" before these snitches go report the thread again to these petty/insecure mods and get it thrown to the dustbin of NL. We can't be fighting to get it back to the right section all the time. |

Aareonakakanfo: Loool. These plonkers just disrespected my knighted handle like a commoner. I think the only reason why you have escaped them is cos your handle is somewhat new and they aren't as rigid as they used to be, like say, 2013/2014 - apart from the brief stint of that scandalous ishiloon. Then again, I have got a reputation and I say whatever I want to say. But I have seen Ekt-bear ask why they made Afam a mod and get banned for that shiiit. They don't play fair at all lool. |

I have been going through thus thread and I can see that the Yorubas are blessed. as in stinkingly blessed so much that am forced to ask if our leaders know about all these mineral resources being mentioned here. and if they don't know, maybe there can be a way we can communicate these things to them. I mean it's really embarrassing to have all these and still be suffering. ps- I looked for this thread for over 30 minutes earlier in the day but couldn't find it. I tort it had been deleted only for me to find it again this night. I Wonder what happened? |
