Do You Trust Any Politician Well Enough To Deliver On His/her Promises? by DeGenius3(m): 3:45pm On Nov 05, 2015
Something prompted me to ask the question here...

I over-heard two young guys yesterday evening discussing
about our Nigerian Politicians and how they sell themselves
with so many of their "Shiny Object Syndrome" only to
get into the political position and perform badly if not
worse

these guys discussed about Politicians who present
themselves as people who could really deliver, only
to get into office and really under-deliver

the shocking thing about their discussion was that,
they both concluded that ALL POLITICIANS, no matter
who it is, ARE ALL THE SAME.

this got me thinking.

So I'm asking, Do You trust any politician well enough
to deliver whether on the average level or not?

and also...

"Is it True That All Politicians in Nigeria Are The Same?"

Let's Discuss reasonably and get your thoughts

you're not supposed to trust your politician
it's your job to make him deliver
not go to sleep and hoping the autopilot works

by voting for the politician who works, the rest will see the pattern and follow suit

in this country?

we've seen a few political office holders who
work... but at the end of the day, their colleagues
don't follow suit.

not if you work 1%
OK you sha want me to spell it out
for the good of our country I will
because it's ppl like you that will be in positions of power soon.
imagine 1 president, 36,governors, 774 lga chairmen, 990,assemblymen, 469 legislators goodness knows how many commissioners ministers ambassador and judges, even the perm secs fed state local up to directors. over 20 000 political office holders

just imagine you win election
your friends win election
you steal 1 billiom
they steal 1 billiom
they buy car, flat-screen and house in lekki
you plant wheat with yours
after 4 yrs they only have 100 milliom to campaign
they need godfather help
you have multiplied your 1 bill to around 4 to 8 bill
you can afford to spend 7 bill on scholarships, low cost housing, boreholes, medical, sports, you should get the point by now
Now tell me when you get re elected and they don't or you get higher office and they become former honorable so and so do you really think that some of these 20 000 ppl will not try and copy you
that they too do not want ppl cheering their name like fashola today op buhari Mr even tinubu (yes, tinubu even though he is a thief) it's human nature to crave the adoration of your fellow man (self esteem need from Malthus theory)
why do you think everybody tried to copy awolowo free education, or marwa operation fire for fire or even buhari wai

no cabal can stop a superior idea so get out there and show your community say you go school
