The text in red has nothing to do with your issue, it just means that on the Shell recruitment day, they'll call out random candidates to redo tge competency test to show that no "wayo" was played...
Your issue might be site related, just relax it'll come.
But remember not to waste time when it arrives

Yorex, i couldnt scale tru after taking d competency Test, I went tru d whole thread to get insights on how to ease past d questions but was surprised i still didnt pass. Can u point out why i didnt scale tru it. Ur contributions wuld reli help.

I'm sorry i really can't give you a definite answer to that. Closest might be that there were some elements of inconsistency or your answers reflected more of a "one-man squad" kind of personality or maybe even an "i too know" leader kind of personality.. I cant really say because i don't know what you selected

I've written the second stage which involves decision making and the numerical. i wrote it around 11am korean time and this 6pm korean time, still waiting for their email alert. I pray to the lord to be successful. The decision making covers Safety, Research and Technology, Marketing, Risk and so many areas. The numerical is just pie chart, bar charts, Percentage increase and decrease, Ratios and Average. Decision making comprises of 18 questions and no time, while numerical comprises of 16 questions under 18 minutes.... In all you are expected to spend 45 minutes. please when you are about to answer decision making part, please ensure you digest the articles that come out on different topics such as technology n research, product marketing n innovation, HSE, Global stuff like that.......Good luck to you all

It's possible if you calm ur nerves and focus...a significant portion of the questions do not require calculating, just looking at the trends you will make a correct conclusion esp the questions that the options are wide apart...

My answers leaned mostly to working as a team n i bliv dis wat every organization expects frm her employees wit Shell being no exception. Anyway thnks for responding to my request @ least wuld be more meticulous in answering questions of dis sort wen d need arises again, maybe with Shell or other firms. #Gracias

Solved with just my basic small tecno phone were the calculator has just basic arithmetic operators, but I still finished.
Its very possible to finish,

The mail did not specifically indicate if it was a success or failure. They just said they are now aware that I have completed all the assessments and would henceforth give my application due consideration. They said however, that they'll get back to me on the outcome in time. The length of time? They didn't say. Shell sha!? Na wa ooo

bros no vex make I just sharpaly quote u. You see ehn when person dey do competency test ehn person go don get concrete image of the kind person wey u wan project to them. I get idea why ur result be like that. Sometimes when ppl dey try project team player them no dey know when them don dey lose initiative to carryout leadership role. Once u no fit project the kind of person wey you wan be from the start you go dey inconsistent...I dey even plot my own decision like graph as I dey answer...well everything na luck sha...
