We have minister for aviation pls. Amaechi is minister for transport excluding aviation.
Aviation has been merged with transport and the person chosen is a minister of state for aviation and not substantive minister. Olodo! get away and ask question.

What would be ringing in the minds of Wike and his cohorts would be, how did we find ourselves in this mess, I was made Minister for state in Education and my former boss that I wanted to bring down is now a substantive Minister of Transport. I am in soup. Wike is finished. Mortal combat. Finishing!!!!!!!!

Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
Functions of the Department
It researches into sectors over which the Ministry has jurisdiction;
It researches into internal organizations and operational modalities of the Ministry, its Parastatals and Agencies;
Setting targets and monitoring of performance and efficiency of the various Departments/ Divisions of the Ministry;
Collecting and Processing of Data and Statistics relating to the Ministry;
Managing the Ministry's ICT infrastructure, Information Systems and the Integrated Transport Data Bank.
The Department also manages the Ministry's relations with bilateral and multilateral organizations such as AU, ECOWAS, UNECA, UNDP, NEPAD, IMF and WORLD BANK. I think Minister of transport is quite key and very challenging. It includes aviation, road transport, rails and marine. I think Nigerian Ports Authority NPA is also a parastatal of the Ministry? If we get this sector right, Fashola delivers works, good roads, housing and stable power and Fayemi complements by exploring, developing and fully harnessing our vast solid minerals, Nigeria will be great. Just my "apolitical" thoughts. I really wish all of them the best and hope they succeed for the greater good of all us, our children and Nigeria's future. No vex if my view is contrary to yours.

So Ministry of Transport is better for Niger-Delta than the presidency, VP, SFG or Senate president?

You are talking rubbish.

So those things you listed above are more important to Niger-delta than presidency, vp, sfg, and senate presidency?

Have you not seen that as far the north and southwest nigeria are concerned, the south-south is never fit to rule?

You better stop this your hate and align with reality. Because someone is a thief, you expected the governance to stand still. I hope this your hate will not kill you. If they had put your family member as a minister, I know you will not refer to him to him as a thief. You as a person can you be trusted in your little enclave? Have you not cheated before? Stop this your emotional hate.

Amaechi and Fashola have a lot of work to do based on the ministry or portfolio allocated to them. May God grant them the grace to see it through.
To whom great portfolio is given, much is expected.

Big Ups to you ministers.
