I've loaded up to #800 worth of airtime from my bank account but have noticed most of it gets missing even when I make no calls. The latest happened today. I loaded #100 this morning but couldn't reach the numbers I wanted to call. This evening, I noticed that I have just #14 left. I dialed *302*100# to request the service and I got confirmation from Zenith bank and MTNOnDemand at about 9:43 am on 11th of October, 2015. I also confirmed my account balance after this.
It was much later that day that I discovered the deduction, not from call charges, I assure you. I've been noticing it before, but haven't bothered tracking it before that day.
Please, that MTN Music Plus must have been entered in error. I have no use for it yet, I assure you. I'll be most grateful if you can deactivate it and any other service charging me without my knowledge. Thank you in advance. 08031953936

Hello Mr Jide, i really don't understand mtn network anymore. I used to be in true talk+ but recently changed to beta talk due to the excessive chargers in cure in it. True talk+ used to 11kb/s to all networks, but can you imagine been charge #66.98 for less than 3min call. I had to change to beta talk, but i discover it's the same thing. The masses are not NCC that impose 1.4tri fine on mtn, we don't have to pay for it. My number is 07036837968, pls fix my line to hw it used to be. Thanks
