A friend of mine got into Dangote Cement through the GETS program. His take home after all deductions is 80k. yes 80k for real. the program will run for a year. At the end of the program they will be assessed. If one passes the assessment successfully then one becomes permanently staffed. the pay then is like 170k upwards depending on your negotiation skill and performance. some get paid higher than their colleagues. during the program, feeding, accomodation, medicals and clothing allowance is taken care of. according to my friend, its a nice place to work.

I don't think the recruitment process for GETS is as tasking as this.

It's not difficult to reply your questions, but, there might be reasons for you not to have received any reply and these could be
• They people in question are below 30 yrs and can't answer for the stated age
• Are Second Class Upper graduates and can't answer for the stated grade
• Or, they've not seen your questions

Or it's possible that none with the following above (your question) was invited.

am surprised too. Guess my issue could have been age. We were discussing and laughing with me thrashing the indian on theoretical electronic analysis, still no email. I wish those that got that, best of luck.

So thinking this psycometry test is being used to feel the gap......

As for those saying you had great interviews, interviews could just deceitful, which I am sure u know. Cos u might be saying nonsense n your interviewers will be laughing with you. As a matter of fact when I entered the interview room, the guy before me came out with great hope n a bright face that u ll be convinced he nailed it.
But as I settled down I heard the panel saying he didn't give them the right answer, that he couldn't answer correctly. Now how about this?

I doubt at the emboldened. The psychometric test A.K.A personality test was to further cut down the number of applicants to be employed in this first recruitment drive.
There's going to be subsequent recruitment campaigns afterwards.
So, if anyone who didn't get to the just concluded psychometric test stage is up for it....I strongly urge you to re-apply in the ongoing Executive Trainee recruitment campaign.

according to a staff, there will be five batches of thirty candidates each, totaling 150, are you saying that allllllllll of us are to 'fill gaps' yet they also said they still need more people that's why they advertised again?
There are nicer ways to encourage yourself than 'feel the gap' statements
