Op, are you on MTN trutalk+?

If you're on that plan, then you were charged 11k/sec. The #5 is for daily access fee smiley
I thought that plan as being scrap?

You won't notice if you make a long call.

Try calling someone tomorrow morning, let the person pick for 3 or 4secs then you'll notice.
Or you haven't called anyone today, you can try it.
Okay, thanks. I will check it out tomorrow. Perhaps move to mtn zone.

I'm no longer recharging my MTN line since they started deducting and stealing from their customers after NCC filed them $5 billion. I recharged N100 to call a client last week around 11 pm, the client didn't answer my calls that night and i slept off, when I woke in the morning to call the client again, I noticed that N50 was deducted from my balance. I called MTN customer care (180) to know the reason for the deduction, I was not connected to any of their agent after so many attempt. Since then I switched to my Etisalat sim which enables me to make call at a cheaper rate (Easylife 4.0 plan).

I advice everyone to switch to either Glo, Etisalat or Airtel, MTN is now stealing from their customers massively since NCC ask them to pay $5 billion file.

Here is what happened

You must have copied the caller tune of your client.

Only fools still load on their mtn line

Most people I know only use the sim to recreceive calls
Even bigger fools receive calls on MTN.

Why can't u people leave MTN alone or are u all so possessed with them? MTN is not the only network in Nigeria. Even people will subscribe for truetalk and still raise alarm when they deduct their daily charges. I guess it's all fun for y'all to make fun of MTN. Last time I checked they are not forcing anyone to use their services.
that's the problem. perhaps they stick to MTN because their call rate are cheaper, they have the largest network coverage And their data strength tends to be better in most states not forgetting it's most persons first line. To be honest with you, they are some services they render that other networks are kind of slow. For example in my area MTN network rarely goes off compared to other networks, except for this NCC palava, they rarely migrate me to any tariff plan without notification except for these their dubious charges for services I didn't subscribe. The more I hate them the more I see reasons to use their services unlike glo and the rest

people like you are the reason why these institutions take nigerians for granted.

Granted the op made an error but na today mtn de thief? Are you telling you have not heard or seen where mtn deduct people's credit without reason? Subscribing people to plans and caller tunes they didn't request for

Smh for you
the guy Is right. come to think of it, why are you still using MTN in spite of their dubious ways?
why haven't you changed to another network if you have?
